About the role

As a Founding Engineer, you'll be instrumental in building the core platform that powers Milo's AI workers. You'll work directly with the founding team to architect, develop, and deploy systems that process financial data at scale.

What you'll do

• Build and scale AI-powered financial automation systems
• Design and implement integrations with ERP platforms (Xero, Sage, NetSuite, SAP)
• Own features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment
• Contribute to technical strategy and product roadmap

What we're looking for

• •Strong engineering background with 3+ years of experience
• •Experience with modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, Node.js)
• •Interest in AI/ML and building intelligent systems
• •Startup experience or entrepreneurial mindset preferred
